Natural High=Mugwort in tea or bundle form Mixed Herbal Bundles= Most have a blend of Sage (Cooking), thyme, rosemary. Mint or basil and roses. I am not a medical professional. Do not use herbs your not familiar with especially if pregnant or prone to allergies. I use all of these herbs personally and only am sharing my personal knowledge and experience. Tea comes in about a 4ounce bags.
