These boots have been with me for over 3 years. They are my work boots, so they have spent thousands of hours on the ambulance as well as the occasional house project that require tougher shoes. I recently had to replace the laces because they were falling apart to the point that I had several knots in them just to keep them laced. The leather on the inside of the zipper has been ripped for a while, but the zipper still functions. The original insoles are pictured and have been the only insoles ever in them.

They are a US size 8
Due to the size, I won't be able to vacuum seal them, but I can tie them into a grocery bag or something if you'd like.
