Rather they have a shoelace that fits through channels along the ears and is tied behind the head. These were my favorite masks to wear during the pandemic and they didn't cause any ear fatigue and wouldn't get caught on my earrings when removing. They are also easy to slip down onto your neck rather than remove everytime you need to pull your mask down.
