White Victoria Sport...
This is for my white full support Victoria's secret sports bra. It says Victoria sport on the under bust in black. This is a size 34C with a back hook and eye closure. I just wore this at OTF. I'll wear this for 3 workouts at Orange theory fitness and send photos each day. When I go to the gym I'm usually at Orange theory fitness. This gym is focused on staying in the heart rate zone. Meaning I'm sweating even in a 65° degree room for 50 min. My sports bras are always soaked. If you're not familiar let me tell you what I do- it's a 3 part workout. The 3 stations are 1) the weight floor- I don't lift heavy but my form on everything is perfect. I squat very low, can do 20 man pushups in a row 💪 2) the treadmill - Im running at a base sp**d between 6.5 and 7 my push pace is 8 and all out is 9 or 10. 3) the water rower- If you have not ever tried a rower before you need to try one. This is a full body workout as I use my legs to push off the board my abs stay tight and I lean back and pull with my arms. More work than the treadmill but equally as sweaty.
