So my lovely car has 186,000 mi on it it is a 1991 Lexus ES300 and I absolutely love her. Of course there's things going to be wrong because she's very old but I want to try to keep her around as much as possible so I make sure to do oil changes I just got her new tires and I will try to get everything fixed as best as possible. But unfortunately now I have a check engine light that's blinking and an engine misfire along with a hole in my muffler. I have to take my car to get it looked at by a mechanic that I know to really find out what's wrong and what it will take to fix it. I would love nothing more than to make this car last for 5 more years I don't know if that's a possibility or not. But either way I'm going to need money to fix it until I get money to get a new car so whatever money I get I will put towards fixing this as long as it's fixable and then saving up for another used car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
